REFUND POLICY

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for items purchased through this online store.

HANDMADE

2. The majority of our items are handmade as marked in the product description. Handmade items are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless there is a large defect. No two items can be made exactly so please bear this in mind. 

3. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your items to request a refund due to a defect and provide supporting information. 

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

5. Returned items will be inspected once received and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. We aim to resolve all return requests within 5 working days of receiving the item.

6. If approved, we will process a refund and credit your original method of payment automatically, within a certain amount of days.

7. We will refund you the original purchase price for the items returned and the original postage made, where applicable. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

8. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

 

9. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

 

BOUTIQUE 

 

10. For items purchased from our Boutique range, our standard policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage charges if you change your mind within 14 working days. Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

11.If the item you purchased was faulty, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

12.  Where you would like to return an item, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. We will refund you the original purchase price for the items returned and the original postage made, where applicable. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

13. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and if so, credit your original method of payment automatically, within a certain amount of days.
