REFUND & RETURNS
All handmade items are made to order within our standard processing time of 3-5 business days before dispatch. This is separate from the delivery time.
During busy times, orders may take up to 10 working days to process before dispatch as we aim to ensure all items are made perfectly just for you.
1. We offer Standard UK delivery to reach you within 2-3 business days or 'Fast' UK delivery to reach you in the next working day, once your items are ready for dispatch. We will also email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK delivery starts as low as £1 up to £1.60. Fast UK delivery starts as low as £1.30 up to £1.90. Delivery on box gift sets or large orders is higher at £3.00 Standard and £3.70 Fast delivery.
2. We also offer International shipping to USA, Canada, Europe and Worldwide with standard delivery rates to reach you within 3-7 business days depending on the region. Details provided at checkout and varies by location, package items/sizes.
You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on import to your country.
3. For items purchased from our Boutique range, orders placed after 12pm may not be posted until the following working day. Therefore, please allow for that in the delivery option chosen. If your order also contains handmade items, we will hold off delivery until all items are ready to be dispatched in your order.
4. Please ensure the delivery address information provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address given. However, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to update the address information and offer to re-post to a new address. However, this will incur another delivery fee to post to a different/corrected address. If, we do not hear back to update the address, we will issue a refund minus the delivery costs. Any packages returned because they were unclaimed or refused does not qualify for a refund in this instance.
5. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays caused by the delivery service. This is out of our control.
6. Orders may also be delayed due to Covid-19 as our delivery partners have higher than usual volumes during this time. Please bear this in mind and allow for extra time.
